The Timothy Pickering Dodge family
These photos belong to Evelina Lincoln Fuller and her mother, Amelia Fuller.
Records copied from the Dodge Family Bible, 1857
We do not yet know the ancestry of this family.

Timothy Pickering Dodge. The child MAY be Clement. Timothy is wearing his Civil War uniform. Timothy died November 21, 1903

On the right: Mary Dodge, wife of Timothy. Mary died March 25, 1900
Clement Dodge, son of Timothy and Mary Dodge, b. July 24, 1866, married Flora Wight, b. July 4, 1859. The spelling in your records is White but from our bibles, and due to the fact the name was given to their son, I believe the correct spelling is as we show it. Clement died January 20, 1904.
Flora Ella Wight Dodge died 3-20-1931 and was put in the Hartwick Vault Monday 3-23-1931. She died at the home of her daughter, Nellie Huestis, Hartwick R.D.(NY) Friday night at five o'clock. She was taken from the vault May 7, 1931 at 10 p.M. and buried second grave back of the monument near the fence, next to her son, Wight Dodge. They are buried in Hartwick Central Union Cemetery.
The reason my mother has written this in such detail is that she was a little girl when her grandmother died. Her grandmother was laid out in the parlor of her mother's home for three days. My mother would have to pass the body to get to her bedroom. She still has dreams of this event seventy years later.
Nellie Ameila (seated) and Ethel Mae Dodge, daughters of Clement and Flora Dodge. This photo was taken about 1892-93.
Nellie A. Dodge, born June 12, 1890, married Charley M. Huestis, June 15, 1914. Their children were Charley James Huestis, Ruth Elizabeth Huestis, Stanley Nelson Huestis, Amelia Rosamond Huestis
Ethel, born August 9, 1888, married William Slater, January 6, 1908. William died February 21, 1923. Their children were Robert R. Slater, Cora Irene Slater, Elsie Marion Slater, AIda E. Slater, Henry William Slater
Wight R. Dodge, son of Timothy and Mary Dodge, born May 5, 1885, never married and died October 1, 1904.
