Bert John Dodge family
(Tristram, William, Samuel, Samuel, Henry, James, John, Bert John)
October 24, 1948
Photography by Dave Barber

Dave Barber writes: "A reunion is held each year during the month of July, in Schenectady, New York, to honor the memory of my grandfather, John Wardell Dodge, son of Bert John Dodge.

A Beecher Reunion is also held in the Utica, NY area. As a child I remember occasionally we held the reunion in the Schenectady NY area but there was a 2 hours drive for most of the Beecher relatives. As they were mostly farmers, this was a hardship as they had to get home to milk the cows. Therefore most reunions were in the Utica area. For the last 10 or 15 years at least they have always held near Utica."
In the photo on the left, each set of names, are married couples.
