Robert Houser of Sutton, has done an enormous amount of research regarding the history of Sutton. The year 2004 will be the 300th Anniversary of the beginning of this town. Dodges arrived here in the late 1700s, and Reuben Rawson Dodge became a well known genealogist of his time, researching the Dodge family and the Rawson family.
