We are also looking for surname DODGE men with paper trails for the lines listed below in order to provide more scientific data that will, in turn, help us to place those who have a brick wall in their ancestry, but whose DNA tests as belonging to the Tristram line. We would like to have at least 67 marker results. 111 would be better. Please go to familytreedna.com if you want to get your Y-chromosome tested. This one is very inmportant because we believe, that based on some Dodge men who have tested Tristram family, but whom we have been unable to connect to a Tristram Dodge line, except through matches, are possibly from the David Britain Dodge line. We believe that there are one or more possible children of David Britain Dodge that are not known to us.
Tristram, Israel, John, John Dodge and Lydia Rogers: John and Lydia had a number of children. We wonder if their son, Rev. Jordan Dodge, who went to Vermont, might have more children than we know of. This also, is a very important line that we would like to have more than one descendant test for.
