Aside from the fact that this family has Dodge ancestry that we have not yet been able to find, there is another mystery regarding their child, Lula B. Dodge. On this page we have a cemetery stone for a David Ingram who is the husband of Lula B. Dodge, by whom she had 4 children, but in the obituaries, it states that their daughter, Lulu Palmer attended the funerals. There IS a Lula C. Palmer in the Michigan census who was born a couple years apart from Lula B. Dodge, and married a Leroy Palmer. They had 2 children.There is no way, however, that these two Lulas' can be the same person...so...WHO was the Lulu (or Lula) that married Leroy Palmer?


#1. Alfred Wallace Dodge was born in Michigan June 6, 1839. #2. Ann Elizabeth Drake was born October 10, 1841 in Cambridge, Leeawee County, Michigan #3. Hattie A. Dodge was a daughter of Alfred and Ann. She was born February 2, 1867 and died 1913. She married A. J. Beadle who was born 1865 and died in 1901. Hattie and A.J. had 2 children, Frank and Herbert.

#1. Walter Herbert Dodge was born January 15, 1861 and died 1908 #2. David H. Ingland , born 1867 and died 1913, was the husband of Lula Belle Dodge, daughter of Alfred Wallace Dodge and his wife, Ann Elizabeth Drake Dodge. David and Lula had 4 children, Alfred W., John N. (or H), Lula E. and Margaret L.
