Buried here is the family of Ellery A. Dodge. This families ancestry is through their maternal line back to Richard Dodge. Their paternal ancestry going back to Josiah Dodge of Maine, cannot be connected yet. We hope that perhaps someone who sees this page, will know WHO Josiah Dodge was. He was born Josiah M. DODGE abt. 1813 at Edgecomb, Lincoln Co., Maine and died before 1880. His occupation was that of a Brick and Stone Mason.

1. Mary E. Dodge, 1889 - 1940, first wife of Ellery Adrian Dodge
     Francis B. Dodge, 1930 - 1941, Francis Benjamin Dodge, was the son of Mary Ellen Smith Dodge and Ellery Adrian Dodge. He was born with birth defects, possibly downs syndrome, and according to his older sister "had no lining to his stomach". Alice May Kent, Ellery's Mom, is credited with keeping him alive. Francis died in childhood at about the age of 12. According to his Uncle Pat (George Alfred Dodge, Francis's older brother) Francis was a happy child.
     Alice May Dodge, 1854 - 1943, was the Mother of Ellery Adrian Dodge 1888-1954 and the Wife of Gladen A. Dodge 1864 . Gladen was a son of Josiah M. Dodge
