Amasa was Amasa Eugene Dodge. He first married Angelia Stetson in
November of 1872 in Clayton, NY. They had two children, Maude
Adelia Dodge and Ward Amasa Dodge. Angelia died in 1898. A year
later, Amasa married Cora Russell. They had the child, Carl who
died at age 6 1/2. We believe Gelia to be the first wife of Amasa. Amasa's son, Ward Amasa Dodge named one of his children Pauline Gelia Dodge. It appears that she was given her middle name to honor his mother. This is a Tristram Dodge line. |
