George E. Dodge to E. A. Bronson - Deed

This Deed, made the 11th day of February, in the year Nineteen hundred and fifteen, BETWEEN George E. Dodge of the Borough of Lanesboro, in the County of Susquehanna, in the State of Pennsylvania, (bachelor) party, of the first part, grantor and E.A. Bronson of the Borough of Lanesboro, state and county aforesaid, party of the second part, grantee.

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Three Hundre ($300.00) Dollars does hereby grant and convey to the said grantee, all of his undivided one-half intersest in all of the following piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Bourough of Lanesboro, in the county of Susquehanna, in the state of Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows, viz:.

Bounded on the north by lands of Eliza Frawley; on the east by highway and Erie Railroad;south and west by the Susquehanna RiveR and lands of Mrs E. Frawley. Containing about three acres of land..

Being the same premises conveyed by Geo. p. Little, Trustee for Henry V. Dodge et al. and deed dated May 21, 1894 and recorded in Susquehanna County in Deed Book Vol 87 at page 245 &c. and being the same premises convey to said George E. Dodge by Henry V. Dodge by deed dated Sept. 17th, 1907, and not yet recorded..

And the grantor does hereby warrant generally the property hereby conveyed..

In witness Whereof, said grantor has hereunt o set his hand and seal the day and year first above written..

State of Pennsylvania,:
County of Susquehanna,: ss. On this 11th day of February A. D. 191_, before me, a Justice of the Peace in and for the State and County came the above named george E. Dodge and acknowledged the foregoing Deed to be his act and deed, and desired the same to be recorded as such.

Witness my hand and official seal the day and year aforesaid.
