| This Indenture made the Twenty first day of May in the year of our- Lord one Thousand eight hundred and ninty four, Between George p. Little Trustee of the Borough of Montrose, County of Susqa, and State of Pennsylvania of the first part and Leona Foot of the Borough of Lanesboro in said county, Inez E. Myers of Cascade Valley, State of New York, George E. Dodge, and Harry V. Dodge of the Twp of Harmony, County and State aforesaid, party of the Second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar lawful (money ?) of the United States of America to him well and truly paid by the said parties of the second part at and before the sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt thereof is hereby acknowledged. Has recursed, released and quit claimed and by these presents doth recurse, release and quit claim unto the parties of the second part and to their heirs and assigns forever. All that certain piece of land situate in the Borough of Lanesboro, County of Susquehanna, State of Pennsylvania and bounded and described as follows: Bounded on the north by land of Eliza Frawley on the east by Highway and Erie Railroad, South and west by the Susquehanna River and lands of Mrs. E. Frawley, containing about three acres of land,Being part of land conveyed by John D. Shutts & Wife to George p. Little Trustee; by Deed dated 23.? day of December A.D. 1898 and Recorded in the Proper office in Susquehanna County in Deed Book No. 86 Page 4. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or any-wise appertaining and the revisions remainders rents issues and profits thereof: And also all the estate right title interest property-claim and demand whatsoever as well in law: as in equity of the said party of the first part of in or to the above described premises and part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances to the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
